Jimmy Johnson has been elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The former Dallas Cowboys coach was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2020 after a successful coaching career in the college and professional ranks.
Johnson arrived in the NFL after a successful coaching career in the college ranks. He coached at the high school and college levels before joining the Cowboys in 1989.
Johnson led the Cowboys to two Super Bowl titles in 1993 and 1994. He was also named NFL Coach of the Year in 1990.
Johnson was fired by the Cowboys in 1994 after a falling out with owner Jerry Jones. He later coached the Miami Dolphins and the Florida Gators.
Johnson was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2020. He was inducted alongside eight other members of the Class of 2020, including Troy Aikman, Edgerrin James, and Isaac Bruce.
